Sellers got six hours a week back, and the forecast got honest

A 90-seat sales organisation whose CRM hygiene depended on end-of-quarter heroics.

Context

Activity capture was manual, deal stages were aspirational, and forecast reviews consumed leadership time arguing about data rather than deals.

Constraints

The team refused a rip-and-replace of the incumbent CRM during a live fiscal year. EMEA territory data had to remain in-region.

What we built

Xelec Revenue running alongside the incumbent with two-way sync, automatic activity capture, call summarisation, and deal-risk scoring that shows its reasons. Regional data separation for the EMEA team.

Outcome

Administrative time per seller dropped by more than six hours weekly. Forecast accuracy improved by roughly 18 points against submitted commit. Quarter-end data cleanup effectively disappeared.

Illustrative engagement pattern. Client identity withheld; figures are representative, not audited.
